We want to help as many people as possible with quality mortgage advice. That’s why we’ve launched our Refer a Friend campaign.

To make it as attractive as possible, not only will you get a £25 voucher but they’ll also get £25 off their mortgage fees. It’s a win-win.

To be eligible, you simply need to introduce us to someone who needs help with their mortgage. We’ll then help them directly and when their mortgage completes, we’ll send you a voucher to say thank you.

There’s no limit to the number of friends you can introduce, so don’t worry if you don’t know who to treat.

Either drop us a message with them copied in (make sure you’ve asked their permission first!) or ask them to get in touch (make sure they tell us you sent them!) and we’ll handle the rest.

The boring bit… Terms & Conditions:

Gift voucher will be sent to introducing party on completion of the referred parties financing.
The introduced party will receive £25 off their mortgage advice fee. Fees will be discussed and agreed prior to starting any work.
Open to introduced clients where the minimum mortgage value of the transaction is £100,000.
Runs from 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024.
There’s no limit to the number of customers someone is able to refer.
Available only to new clients who have no existing relationship with House and Holiday Home Mortgages. Anyone already in our database will not be eligible.
Available to individuals only, not businesses.
We reserve right to end the promotion early. Existing referrals as part of the campaign will be honoured.
